This is excellent! Who all is in CIS? All of the EU? Can you give a more complete history of CIS, please? This might be a far more productive "back channel" for lasting security discussions & a verifiable peace. Of course, it won't likely get headlines. It's great to have BRICS, SCO & CIS people hash out mutual interests & come up with some plans for implementation. The first thing is to TALK together, then to WORK compatibly together on at least something from start to finish. Glad you-all from Think BRICS will be watching & listening!
