I happen to be watching the BBC series "Legends" about "discarded" UK customs officers becoming undercover operatives to fight Maggie Thatcher's war on drugs.
There are many "king pins" but the guy who thinks he owns Liverpool (for heroin importation) finds himself threatened by the "Turks" and now he's proving how tough he is by murdering anyone who he disagrees with. It is quite obvious that he is going to lose.
There are only 2 or 3 more episodes.
The USA is doing the same thing. Trouble is "real-life episodes" take much longer than an hour. The USA is going to lose.
The outcome will be the same.
FWIW: We like the show. You may not. We did not like "Beef" after suffering through 3 episodes. We stopped Apex after 20 minutes of boredom. Only offer the info on the shows as a "level set" in case anyone cares.
the more aggressively access to Western markets is weaponized, the stronger the incentive becomes to build alternatives, this is logical, this is how Human beings survive. The West proves by their actions that they have no idea how Human nature works. I suppose when you see their actions they don't care about Human beings.
In the spirit of fairness, the BRICS nations and the rest of the World should follow USA's lead and impose sanctions up to 500% on any nation that trades with the USA.
The Global South should be aware of Kissinger’s remarks: To be an enemy of the United States is dangerous, to be a friend is deadly.
