Yes. “This is the essence of multipolarity: not the destruction of the West, but its de-imperialization” 🫶💓🕊️

Continued cultural sharing leading to appreciation of diversity as well as the delight of experiencing unexpected commonality is one way forward in this shared multipolarity. Definitely NOT homogeneity or central power. We all function best when we are unique & sovereign while also aligned with shared values. So far, BRICS members have expressed values of mutual respect & benefits, non-interference & willingness to work together on solutions to common problems. I think we can dispense with old categories of "democratic" & "authoritarian" especially as outsiders attempting to describe governing models. Also, seems to me Saudi Arabia has not yet chosen to be a member.

Yes, fascinating, yet there is still an Elefante in the room! ALL of these putative civilisations, ALL OF THEM, want to use Digital I.D, CBDC's, Total Surveillance & Complete Censorship. Why? Because these civilisations are controlled by a Common Elite! Whether M-bridge or SWIFT, Banksters in the mix, us Proles got a problem with that, us Anti-Elites. I would rather Year Zero than be ruled by a bunch of Control Freak Karens. OR a prejuduced, one-eyed, compromised G.A.I, either!!!

"China's authoritarian model contrasts sharply with India's democratic system".

Mmm. One works and the other doesn't.

But China has a form of democracy through layers of government that actually works too.

How else to govern a continent of 1.4 billion people?

I love this analysis, which goes along with my theoretical framework that includes Constructivism and Third World Aprroches to International Law. However the only part I disagree is that the BRICS is rejecting the International order. It looks like to me that is more a case of filling the gaps where things are not working. BRICS countries have insisted in reforming International institutions to make them more representative of the world today.

That is quite good to rewrite the balance of power ... but if europe would ask to join BRICS you think it should be allowed or you think it BRICS is a ideological financial currency there to try to challenge the dollar the imperialist sytem of subjugation that has been since WW2 ????
